Unit Overview

Description

Dissertation units are typically taken over two successive semesters. Across Parts 1–4, students will develop key research skills, including identifying research gaps, selecting appropriate methodologies, and applying data collection and analysis techniques (where applicable). Students gain experience in critically evaluating literature, structuring and refining a research project, and communicating findings effectively through written and oral formats. Working under the guidance of a supervisory team, students will iteratively refine their project based on feedback. By completing these units, students will develop advanced analytical, problem-solving, and academic writing skills relevant to research and professional practice.

Outcomes
