Unit Overview

Description

This unit examines how firms develop strategies and operate across international borders. Building on foundational concepts from Introduction to Global Business, this unit shifts the focus from understanding the global environment to making informed choices within it. Students will explore how international expansion transforms firm strategy, structure, and competitive positioning, and how doing business globally is fundamentally different from doing so domestically.
